Game: "THE BIG EASTER EGG HUNT IN RIGA WITH BALTICOVO"
RULES OF THE CONTEST “BIG EASTER EGG HUNT IN RIGA WITH BALTICOVO”
1. General Rules
1.1. The contest “Big Easter Egg Hunt in Riga with Balticovo” (hereinafter – the Contest) will take place from 30 March 2026 to 2 April 2026 (inclusive).
1.2. The organizer of the Contest is RADIO SKONTO (hereinafter – the Organizer).
1.3. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to these rules and undertakes to comply with them. Participation in the Contest confirms that the participant has read, understands, and fully agrees with these rules.
2. Participation Procedure
2.1. To participate in the Contest, the participant must listen to RADIO SKONTO.
2.2. After the game signal, the participant must open or restart the SKONTOTEV mobile app, where a POP-UP notification will appear with:
the day’s lucky location in Riga;
the day’s password.
2.3. The participant’s task is to identify the specified location and go there as quickly as possible.
2.4. The potential winners are the first five participants who arrive at the specified location and tell the correct daily password to the game host.
3. Winner Determination and Announcement
3.1. The game host verifies the participant’s announced password.
3.2. If the password is correct, the participant is confirmed as a Contest winner.
3.3. Winners will be publicly announced on RADIO SKONTO social media accounts:

4. Prizes
4.1. Contest winners will receive prizes provided by the Organizer and/or the cooperation partner.
4.2. The number and type of prizes are determined at the Organizer’s discretion.
4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
5. Participants’ Rights and Obligations
5.1. By participating, the participant agrees that their image (face), voice, and statements recorded during the Contest may be used by the Organizer in content and other marketing and advertising activities without additional compensation.
5.2. Each participant may win only once during the entire Contest period.
5.3. The participant is responsible for their own safety and actions when going to the Contest location.
6. Age Restrictions
6.1. Only persons aged 16 or older may participate.
6.2. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 16 years old and not a Contest winner.
7. Organizer’s Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
-technical issues related to the mobile app or internet connection;
-participants’ inability to arrive at the location on time;
-any incidents or damages that may occur during the participant’s movement to the location.
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for organizing the Contest and publicity purposes.
8.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Additional Rules
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest rules or terminate the Contest, providing prior notice.
9.2. Any other conditions not mentioned in these rules are available in the general Contest rules published on the Organizer’s website (if applicable).
